We produced AW10 Antiwear to deliver massive increases in lubricant load
carrying ability, wear reduction and friction (& heat) reduction.
ENGINES
Did you know that up to 25% of the horsepower an engine produces is lost
due to internal friction? This means that a 225HP engine actually produces
300HP in the combustion chamber, but loses 75HP before it reaches the flywheel.
Then you lose more to driveline friction before it reaches the
rear wheels.
The powerful antiwear/anti-friction performance of AW10 reduces frictional
HP losses to produce measurable HP gains. Dynamometer results showed a 6%
HP increase in a V6 Commodore, and a 13% gain in a high km Navara diesel.
The load carrying boost reduces engine rattles and noises, and allows engines
to rev more freely and smoothly.
Small 2 Stroke engines receive a spectacular benefit from AW10.
TRANSMISSIONS, DIFFS, FINAL DRIVES
Manual gearshifts become much smoother, reducing
notchiness, rattles, bearing whine, etc. Cooler running results from keeping
mating surfaces separated by a powerful oil film. Suitable for all manual
gearboxes, transfer cases, final drives. Especially recommended for Caterpillar
D9 final drives. AW10 is not suitable for wet clutches, some limited slip
diffs, and high km automatic transmissions.
HYDRAULICS
AW10 is excellent for hydraulic applications, especially hardworking excavators,
bobcats, etc where operating temperature and wear will be reduced. Power
steering squeal is reduced, extending service life.
ANTI RUST PROTECTION.
AW10 also provides an extremely powerful anti rust action. This makes it
ideal for 4x4s, especially where creek crossings are encountered. Put it
right through the running gear, and don't forget the winch! Weaker or worn
limited slip diffs may lose some capability due to the friction reduction.

Just add to oil at these rates...

Engine Oil 2% (20Ml per Litre, including 2 stroke oil)

Transmissions 5% (50Ml per Litre, incl diffs & final
drives)

industrial, etc)
